Dear Anna, Caroline, Mark and Paul,
I was so very sad to hear about the passing of your Mum and am so sorry that circumstances have prevented us from attending her funeral service.
Peggy was always such a kind, gentle lady and I have such fond memories of her. I often think of the stories that my Dad would tell of the high jinx and misadventures of the Cassidy siblings during the halcyon days of their youth in Ireland and it gives me great comfort that he firmly believed that they would all be united again some day.
My Mum also sends her sympathies as does Amy. Amy only met Peggy once or twice but loved her instantly – I think that says it all really.
