Remembering the loveliest, kindest most generous woman I have ever known. Her laughter was contagious and she told the funniest stories. I’ve written a poem(I’m no poet).
    OUR MAUREEN
We’re going to miss her laughter
We’re going to miss her smiles
We’re going to miss her funny stories
She had them by the miles
    She always made you welcome
    No matter who you were
She always made you feel at home
Wether a pauper or a ‘sir’
    You never left empty handed
When it was time for you to go
She would load you up with goodies
    It was pointless saying no
She was the kindest loveliest lady
    That anyone’s ever known
We are going to miss her terribly
Now that Gods called her home

Love and miss you Maureen. R.I.P XXX

To a very special lady who I was such a big part of all our lives.

So many things to thank you for and so many fond memories.., meals out, family parties, wedding days, story time with the kids at the end of the garden, white feathers, calves liver, choc choc, pedicures, 166, Asti bubbles, Costco points, a bang on the bonce with my Christmas Stocking, the trip to China Town that I never took you on (you never let me forget that one!) but I never WILL forget “go on Danno, give it a good whack” before I played golf – I’d not leave home without you saying that to me!

You will never be forgotten and December 27th will always be a big day at Shakey Shack, as we will celebrate your life but commiserate your passing…

    With love and god speed.
