We feel so privileged to have known wonderful Jo; the kindest and most amazing of people. We will cherish forever her cheerfulness, gentleness and laughter and feel honoured to have been a small presence in her life.

40 years ago she once played in a small German venue, won a whole audience with her great music, and from that day we became friends for life. We met her many times later in Bethnal Green, but sadly we could not travel to England again as often in the last few years. We miss her, and we will remember and miss her for the rest of our lives.
